  • For fun, partner poses add a team-building component

Healing in Nature with Yoga & Meditation & Manifestion

  • We select or come to your spot in nature, whether it’s a beach, a forest, a hiking trail or a field of horses.

  • Ground into the earth and learn how to harness the life force energy from the soil, sun, water or horse.

  • Private or group session are available for this relaxing and healing experience

Team Building 

  • Come together as a team and discover and expand on individual strengths.

  • Through fun, challenging obstacles with horses at liberty, as well as learning grounding tools, team members rise out of their comfort zones.

  • Patience and listening skills are brought to the surface by the horses, which unifies your team, enhances group positivity and ultimate production of the entire group.

  • Dena has a very warm, kind and welcoming spirit. Her character is woven into her thoughtfully planned out classes. She offers a well-rounded class focusing in on challenging the body’s strengths while creating a softness for the mind and body to relax. Dena has so much to offer to those who are just starting yoga to those who have been practicing for years.
